库车王府，位于库车市城东老城区林基路街，占地5万平方米，分三个展区，王府融中原建筑风格、维吾尔族建筑风格、俄罗斯建筑风格为一体。始建于清乾隆年间，毁于民国，2006年于旧址复建，是国家4A级旅游景区。

库车王共传袭12代，1757年，大小和卓叛乱，攻入库车城，米尔扎·鄂对面对叛军的威逼利诱，坚决发对奋力，维护祖国统一。叛乱被平息以后，米尔扎·鄂对因参与平叛有功，而被赐封贝勒，鄂对之孙伊萨克在清道光年间因平定张格尔叛乱中擒获匪首张格尔而晋封郡王，始扩建库车郡王府，民国初年买买提敏郡王因赞助共和而晋封亲王，民国26年（1937），第十一代王买合甫孜因被盛世才逮捕而使王府走向没落。

2004年库车县政府投资1500万元，依照第十一代亲王府原貌复建王府现状，重建后的王府占地面积4万平方米，殿堂多采用中原汉文化风格建筑。展区一龟兹博物馆展区以龟兹春秋、龟兹佛韵、民族民俗、生产工具、民间工艺、龟兹钱币为主；展区二王府展区以末代王展馆、王府历史馆、王爷官邸、王府凉亭、王府陈列馆、王爷家访区为主；展区三老城墙游览区以王府城墙、汉城墙、末代王陵、民族画廊为主。王府是龟兹文化的继承和发展，是民族团结的见证，被列为阿克苏地区爱国主义教育基地。

库车王府于2007年11月荣膺国家4A级旅游景区，2008年荣获自治区级文明风景旅游区光荣称号。踏进王府，聆听近200年历史回声，领略王公家族风云跌宕，感悟捍卫祖国统一的赤子之心。
